Credable, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects information you provide directly when you register for training, create an account, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, professional credentials, and payment information processed securely through Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our training services, process enrollments and payments, communicate about your training schedule and progress, issue CE credit certificates, and comply with NAADAC reporting requirements for approved continuing education providers.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with NAADAC and other credentialing bodies as required for CE credit reporting, payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing, and as required by law.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication through Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and training records for a minimum of 24 months after course completion to support your ongoing platform access and CE credit verification. CE credit records may be retained longer as required by credentialing bodies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that we may need to retain certain records for CE credit compliance purposes.
