Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Credable Learning platform and CFI Training services provided by Credable, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Training Services

Credable Learning provides professional Certified Family-Focused Interventions (CFI) training, including live instruction, course materials, certification exams, and continuing education credits approved by NAADAC (Provider #185919). Training schedules, availability, and content are subject to change.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep it updated. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Payment & Refunds

Training fees are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is required to complete enrollment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled training start date. Refunds are not available after training has begun. On-site training deposits and custom pricing are subject to individual agreements.

5. Platform Access

Enrolled students receive platform access for 24 months following course completion. This includes access to training materials, course evaluation, certification exam, and intervention materials. Access may be extended for students pursuing additional training or credential maintenance.

6. Certification & CE Credits

Earning CFI-Trained status requires completing the full 24-hour training, submitting the course evaluation, and passing the certification exam with a minimum score of 80%. CE credits are issued upon successful completion and are subject to the requirements of the approving body (NAADAC, NASW, PCB).

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, exam questions, and platform content are the intellectual property of Credable, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent. Materials are licensed for personal professional use only.

8. Academic Integrity

All exam attempts must be completed individually without external assistance. Any evidence of cheating, sharing exam content, or academic dishonesty will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of enrollment without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Credable, LLC provides training and educational services. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, client results, or specific career advancement. Our training is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
